Ltd “Farmaks” is a participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity."

Since February 2025, Ltd “Farmaks” has been participating in the federal project “Labor Productivity” , which is being implemented as part of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy” .

The goal of the project is to enhance the competitiveness of Russian goods and services by creating a high-quality production culture and improving labor efficiency.

Together with employees of the Regional Competence Center, Ltd “Farmaks” ’ working group is mastering the basic tools of lean manufacturing aimed at reducing waste and increasing labor productivity.

The employees of the company’s working group have completed training at the specialized training facility “Process Factory” , created as part of the federal project “Labor Productivity” .

On-site training was conducted through simulations of real production processes using specialized case studies, master classes, training sessions, and business games.

As part of the project, the production process for the Omega Neo+ multivitamin treat was selected for pilot implementation at the enterprise. A diagnosis of the current process was conducted, and an action plan was developed to reduce costs and maintain high product quality.
